Josh picked us up on multiple Saturdays and took us through over 30 houses. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the homes and areas we viewed. At no point did we feel rushed or obligated. Cathie Gibson to be our realtor! When another realtor told us only 2 houses where available to meet our criteria we felt quit disheartened. The next day I found Cathie and she immediately lined up an appointment that same day to show us many more houses that met our criteria and of those homes we found our dream house!
